Great location close to a shopping center and Memphis for a soccer tournament with the family, efficient check-in. Also, to far away from downtown. Very well maintained building and rooms where the pull out couch is located. Good hot and exceptional breakfast choice with omelettes, including omelettes plus made to order omelets.

Made to order breakfast is the best ever..... That why I love your hotel.
I didnt get the room i reserved with my reservations. I booked double- bed with reservation but they only had a king bed when I arrived.

I enjoyed my stay with easy access to beautiful shelby farms park, perfect for a scenic walk, and a variety of great dining options just steps away like periods of flavors at salsa mexican restaurant. The two-room king suite was spacious enough for a solo traveler to unwind after a day of exploring.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable
I did not like that check in was at 4:00 and at 5:30 my rooms was not ready and I would have to wait another hour to get the double bed that I reserved. I settled for the King suite which was not enough room for my family so some slept on the floor.

The restaurant food was good
The loud music coming from a party going on. And at check in our room was not ready. Cleaning staff was poor

I loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, easy to move around. The staff was very attentive, everything was accessible and comfortable for me throughout my entire stay.
Pool area could use more regular cleaning.

The pool room was so dirty, globs of hair and trash on the floor, we stayed 2 nights and the condition food not improve. Same garbage on day two as on day one. Yuck
